Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global brand marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support business objectives in the fintech sector.
- Maintain brand integrity across all marketing initiatives and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms and channels through brand guidelines, approval processes and proactive engagement.
- Identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the stablecoin fintech industry, using insights to create brand positioning and messaging that stands out from the competition.
- Lead and manage a creative team, guiding the development of innovative marketing materials, including visual content, digital assets, and promotional materials.
- Provide creative direction and feedback to ensure all marketing outputs are on-brand, high-quality, and innovative in creating brand awareness.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of brand marketing efforts, using a data-driven approach.
- Manage the brand marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve desired outcomes and maximize ROI.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in brand marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior role within the fintech, web3 or SaaS industry. Having both B2B and B2C experience is a plus.
- Proven experience in leading and managing creative teams, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and projects.
- Demonstrated success in executing brand strategies on a global scale.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to develop creative and innovative marketing campaigns (OOB) that differentiate the brand in a competitive landscape.
- Demonstrated use of AI tools for productivity and cost savings.
- A data-driven approach to managing budgets, setting priorities and quantitative KPI’s and qualitative brand metrics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, preferably multi-lingual.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
- Based in Hong Kong or Singapore.
