Motion Graphic Project Intern (Organization Culture) - 2025 Start (BS/MS)

About the Team:
The Organisation Culture - Content Production team is a collective of producers, designers, directors and animators. Working together across various projects, we look to create engaging content that brings to life our organization's culture through video and design.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

This internship will be project based.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Motion Graphic Intern to join our team. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our producers and gain hands-on experience in the field of content creation. You will assist in the creation of visually stunning animations, videos, and other digital media for a variety of projects.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and creation of motion graphics for various content projects, including but not limited to videos, animations, and interactive media.
- Collaborate with the project team to develop concepts and storyboards for motion graphic projects.
- Edit and assemble raw footage, adding effects, graphics, and music to create engaging visual content.
- Manage and organize the project and related assets and workflows to meet deadlines and ensure efficiency in the work process.
- Work with different software and tools to create and manipulate 2D and 3D animations.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in motion graphics and design.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program or recent graduate in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics principles and design software, such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong creativity and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work in a team environment and take direction well.
- Good communication skills and the ability to present ideas effectively.
- Passion for learning and a willingness to take on new challenges.
