Job Purpose:

We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack Java Developer with a strong background in both back-end and front-end technologies. The role involves working in an agile environment to develop, test, and deploy modern applications while ensuring responsive and accessible interfaces.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with project managers, application owners, and agile teams to organize and execute development tasks.
Design, develop, and deploy full-stack applications using Java and modern front-end technologies.
Work alongside UI/UX specialists to create user-friendly and compliant interfaces.
Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance existing software systems.
Participate actively in agile development practices and team meetings.
Ensure adherence to accessibility standards and compliance requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of experience in Java development with tools like Eclipse or JBoss Developer Studio.
5+ years of experience with JavaScript, CSS, and modern front-end frameworks.
5+ years of experience using Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Spring Data.
5+ years of experience with JPA/Hibernate and Bootstrap.
5+ years of agile development experience.
5+ years of experience with HTML5, CSS, and Data Tables.
4+ years of experience in Java 8, jQuery, and jQuery UI.
4+ years of experience with Oracle 12C or 19C.

Desired Skills & Experience

4+ years of experience with React.js.
Experience working in JBOSS Enterprise environments.
Proficiency in SQL and/or PL/SQL.
Familiarity with Log4j, JUnit, and Tiles.
Experience with reporting tools such as Jasper Reports, Crystal Reports, or Business Objects.
Understanding of accessibility standards like ADA, WCAG 2.0, Section 508, and UX principles.
