SQL Backend Developer

We are looking for a skilled SQL Backend Developer to design, migrate, and maintain robust database systems that support scalable and high-performance data-driven applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and manage SQL Server objects including schemas, T-SQL scripts, views, and stored procedures.
• Convert SSIS packages into Microsoft Fabric Data Factory pipelines.
• Re-engineer complex SQL logic into Spark SQL using Microsoft Fabric and Delta Lake.
• Build and optimize ETL pipelines following Bronze-Silver-Gold data architecture standards.
• Perform SQL-to-Fabric compatibility analysis and data migration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data modeling, integration, and transformation.
• Monitor and improve the performance and reliability of backend data workflows.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in SQL Server with strong command of schema design, T-SQL, stored procedures, and views.
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and Lakehouse architecture, including Spark SQL and Delta tables.
• Skilled in analyzing and converting SSIS packages to Microsoft Fabric Data Factory pipelines.
• Strong grasp of ETL principles and the BronzeSilverGold data architecture. 
• Demonstrated ability to assess and migrate SQL workloads to Spark SQL with a focus on performance and compatibility.
• Ability to re-engineering complex SQL logic into Microsoft Fabric equivalents.
