Human Resources Operations Coordinator
The Human Resources Operations Coordinator supports the HR department and leadership team by executing and coordinating a wide range of operational and administrative HR functions. This role is responsible for assisting with internal and external transfer processes, supporting recruitment and onboarding activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout the hiring process. The coordinator manages applicant documentation, conducts pre-employment screenings, and maintains accurate records in HR systems.
Additionally, the role provides administrative support for payroll processing, employee transportation logistics, and occupational health and safety documentation. The coordinator ensures the confidentiality and integrity of employee records, generates HR data reports, and serves as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures. This position also plays a key role in training new hires on HR systems and processes, supporting communication efforts, and fostering a collaborative and respectful work environment.
Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
License or Certification: None
Intermediate English required – You’ll need to feel comfortable communicating in English, both written and spoken, as part of a global ultra-luxury brand.
