What your day will look like 

  • Manage the account management team – provide expertise on account management methodologies, strategies and best practices to the team. Ensure that each account manager follows a strategic approach while developing their accounts. Lead the team to upselling success!
  • National Account Development - Identify, target, and establish relationships with key national accounts in the transportation and Logistics industry
  • Sales Strategy - Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for national accounts, including identifying potential clients, conducting market research, and creating customized sales pitches. Focusing on upselling
  • Product Knowledge - Gain an in-depth understanding of our SaaS products and effectively communicate their value to potential clients 
  • Sales Presentations - Deliver engaging and persuasive presentations and product demonstrations to showcase how our software solutions can benefit national account clients 
  • Client Engagement - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction 
  • Negotiation - Skilfully negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure business agreements with national accounts 
  • Sales Targets - Meet and exceed upselling targets and quotas set for national account acquisitions 
  • Market Intelligence - Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to adapt sales strategies accordingly 
  • Reporting - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, forecasts, and client interactions in CRM systems 

Requirements

About You 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, or a related field (preferred) 
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on national accounts, is essential  
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets 
  • Active user of AI
  • Strong understanding of the car rental industry is a significant advantage 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills 
  • Self-motivated, driven, and capable of working independently 
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Experience working and building relationships with executive-level decision-makers 
  • A high performer with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and goals 
  • Ability to deliver presentations to live audiences both in person and online 
  • Ability to travel as needed for client visits 
  • Ability to travel 30% of the time – sometimes at short notice 
  • Must be fluent in German and English, both verbal and written is essential, any additional Language (e.g. French) is a plus
