The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Sales Administrator to support our fast-growing US team. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy who thrives in a fast-paced e-commerce or retail environment. You’ll help drive operational excellence and contribute to delivering best-in-class customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and track sales orders to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery

  • Liaise with external customer service teams to support ad-hoc customer requests

  • Work with our fulfillment partner to file claims, monitor and reconcile orders

  • Partner with the US and Finance teams to place and reconcile internal orders in our ERP system

  • Manage stock transfers between warehouse partners to support sales initiatives

  • Support the US team with additional ad-hoc administrative tasks

  • Identify and recommend improvements to enhance sales workflows and customer satisfaction

What You’ll Bring
  • Experience in sales support or administrative roles, preferably within e-commerce or fast-paced retail

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail

  • Familiarity with Google Suite and ERP systems (experience with Odoo is a plus)

  • Solid understanding of sales processes and customer service best practices

  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal

  • Self-starter who thrives both independently and as part of cross-functional teams

  • Comfortable in a hybrid work environment (2 days/week in our NYC office)

  • Positive, solutions-focused attitude
