The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Sales Administrator to support our fast-growing US team. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy who thrives in a fast-paced e-commerce or retail environment. You’ll help drive operational excellence and contribute to delivering best-in-class customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Process and track sales orders to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery
Liaise with external customer service teams to support ad-hoc customer requests
Work with our fulfillment partner to file claims, monitor and reconcile orders
Partner with the US and Finance teams to place and reconcile internal orders in our ERP system
Manage stock transfers between warehouse partners to support sales initiatives
Support the US team with additional ad-hoc administrative tasks
Identify and recommend improvements to enhance sales workflows and customer satisfaction
What You’ll Bring
Experience in sales support or administrative roles, preferably within e-commerce or fast-paced retail
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail
Familiarity with Google Suite and ERP systems (experience with Odoo is a plus)
Solid understanding of sales processes and customer service best practices
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
Self-starter who thrives both independently and as part of cross-functional teams
Comfortable in a hybrid work environment (2 days/week in our NYC office)
Positive, solutions-focused attitude
