American Glass Professionals is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Contract Recruiter to join our team in Tampa, FL. This is a high-volume recruiting role focused on hiring 30–40 sales representatives per month.

Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruiting for 30–40 open sales roles per month
Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach
Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews
Coordinate closely with hiring managers and HR to meet hiring targets
Maintain accurate candidate records and metrics
Deliver a fast, professional, and positive candidate experience
Support onboarding tasks as needed

Requirements

Qualifications:

2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience (sales, call center, hourly, or field roles ideal)
Proven success managing multiple open roles at once
Strong organization, communication, and follow-up skills
Must be comfortable working on-site in Tampa daily
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines without micromanagement

What We Offer:

$27/hour (1099 contractor role)
40 hours per week (Monday–Friday)
90-day contract with opportunity to extend or convert to full-time
