About the area

The Student Load Strategy division leads the development of university-wide student growth plans. It provides critical business intelligence and analytics to support strategic decision-making across UWA. Collaborating across the complex business, the division plays a key role in driving UWA’s student growth agenda.

About the opportunity

Manage the student load and revenue models ensuring data pipelines, parameters, and structures are accurate and fit for purpose.
Develop and apply data analytics, statistical models, and diagnostic/predictive tools to interpret data, identify trends, and support university planning, budgeting, and strategic decision-making.
Design, implement, and maintain quality assurance and usability standards to ensure effective data management.

About you

Tertiary qualification in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Strong analytical skills with experience in diagnostic and predictive modelling.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, Databricks, Power BI, and Excel.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience in the Higher Education sector is desirable.
