Primary Care - Advanced Practice Provider (APP)

As a premier multi-specialty physicians' practice located in the northern Baltimore suburban community, we connect our patients to a seamless system of integrated medical care. Our practice includes in-house specialists in 7 areas of medicine, from cardiology to podiatry. Each of our offices has laboratory centers for tests and blood work on site. We have been serving the community for more than 50 years.

We are seeking Certified Registered Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join our team! Come join our well established primary care practice where you will be supported by a team of dedicated medical professionals. We have Full Time opportunities available at the following locations:

• Towson - 515 Fairmount Avenue, Towson, MD 21286
• Pikesville - 1838 Greene Tree Road, Pikesville, MD 21208
• Reisterstown - 120 Westminster Pike, Reisterstown, MD 21136

Responsibilities And Duties:

• Patient hours are Monday - Friday
• Oversee preventive care
• Perform patient examinations
• Diagnose, treat, and manage chronic conditions
• Prescribe and manage medication
• Share in an on-call rotation
• Collaborate with other physicians and specialists to ensure continuity of care.
• Complete chart notes and documentation in the EHR system in a timely manner according to company protocol.

Education And Requirements:

Nps & Pas

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Minimum of 2 years related experience in primary care.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to empathize and build a rapport with patients.
• Computer literate / Proficiency in EMR (NextGen experience is a plus!)
• Shall speak, understand, read, and write English fluently.
