About the Role
The Strategy Associate plays a critical role within the Strategy team, contributing directly to the development, refinement, and execution of the organisation’s strategic agenda. This position supports high-impact initiatives by delivering insightful market research, conducting rigorous data analysis, and applying structured problem-solving techniques to address complex business challenges. The Strategy Associate works closely with senior stakeholders across departments, providing analytical support and strategic input that informs key decisions made by the Executive Leadership Team.
About Us
The Catholic Archdiocese of Canberra and Goulburn Education Limited (CECG) plays an integral role in education in the ACT and NSW, operating 56 Schools and nine Early Learning Centres (ELCs). The Catholic Education Office (CEO) provides corporate services to Schools and ELCs. The CEO includes seven Service Areas: Education and Performance Improvement, Catholic Identity, School and Family Services, Strategy and Special Projects, Finance and Infrastructure, Information and Communication Technology, and People and Culture.

Qualifications
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications in Business or a related field are essential.
- Extensive experience within a similar role; experience in the education sector is desirable.
- ACT Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) and NSW Working with Children’s Check (WWCC) registrations.
- Driver's Licence.
