Purpose of the Position

  • To manage the effectiveness and efficiency of all the clients. 
  • To plan audit schedule and managing clients
  • To assist the compliance & risk team and coordinate certificate issuance in line with BSI policies and procedures. 
  • To support the team to achieve the company objectives
  • To work with Operations and provide support to the customer and BSI staff.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Improve communication & coordination with the clients
  • Coordinate technical review and issue the certificates
  • Issue the invoices
  • Work closely with other business teams to improve cross-functional processes

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

  • An academic qualification such as graduation/diploma/post-graduation.
  • Full understanding and familiarity with BSI’s Reporting Requirements.
  • Excellent communication & coordination skills
  • Familiarity with basic MS Office packages including MS Word / Excel/ PowerPoint
