Your mission

  • Establish and manage all HR functions in the new plant, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training & development, and compliance
  • Support the ramp-up phase by partnering with operations to attract and hire top talent
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with local labor laws and global corporate standards
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that supports employee engagement and retention
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to plant leadership on organizational and people matters
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to employment
  • Manage performance review processes, compensation structures, and employee development programs
  • Act as a liaison between local employees and global HR teams

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environmen
  • Strong understanding of local labor laws and employment regulations in Hungary or the broader EU
  • Proven experience in scaling HR operations in a start-up or new plant setting is a strong advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred
  • Must have legal working rights in the EU
