IT Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Work as a Business Analyst (BA) to identify and analyze business needs, conduct requirements gathering, and define scope and objectives for ERP, PLM, and MES systems.
• Make recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes that can be achieved through corresponding business systems.
• Research business requirements, develop detailed specifications, and validate system solutions with business stakeholders.
• Provide oversight on project delivery.

Key Competencies:

• 5 to 10+ years of experience in similar or related job roles. Experience in industrial product industry is preferred.
• Solid experience with different modules, including sales, supply chain, production, and finance, for ERPs such as SAP, Oracle, etc.
• Proven experience in IT project management with a track record of successful project deliveries as an IT project manager.
• Good knowledge of PLM applications, such as Windchill.
• Good understanding of MES systems, particularly in the discrete manufacturing industry.
• Strong communication skills and experience in engaging with business stakeholders to drive project initiatives.
