RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE

• Represent Bacardi as TRADE AMBASSADOR
• To support the sales and marketing team to achieve desired brand targets and advocacy among trade partners
• This role is based in BANGALORE and may require travelling in the city as well as working in late hours for events and/or bar visits
• Develop loyalty with the trade, so they list and push Bacardi brands.
• Drive bar training in relevant outlets to promote Bacardi brands and educate the on premise on creating the perfect serve.
• Identify and ‘mentor’ bartenders to become ‘brand champions’ for Bacardi brands, so that they promote the brand to both consumers and to other bartenders.
• Lead advocacy programs i.e Barrels & Bees, Whisky Dinners and House of Change
• Push additional listing of our brands and cocktails in key on trade account
• Able to conceptualize, execute and evaluate consumer promotions

• Must be able to communicate very well
• Have good knowledge about the total Spirits category
• Has significant experience in the bar industry
• Excellent presentation skills
