Client Account Manager - Remote

Employment Type: This is a paid part-time role (approx. 100–120 hrs/month). Compensation details will be shared with candidates who progress to the next stage, and are based on experience and location.

What You'll Do

• Manage 5–7 client accounts (primarily DTC eCommerce) from onboarding to quarterly strategy reviews
• Act as a strategic partner for clients — anticipating needs, solving problems, and offering insights
• Coordinate with copywriters, designers, and technical strategists to deliver high-quality work
• Review Klaviyo campaigns, QA assets, and translate data into actionable recommendations
• Track performance and prepare concise, results-focused reports

Requirements

Who You Are

• 1+ year managing client accounts or projects (agency and eCommerce background preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal English skills
• Proactive and dependable — you own your work from start to finish
• Comfortable with Klaviyo, Slack, Google Workspace, Trello/Notion — or a fast learner
• Able to work 3–4 hours/day within CET core hours (10am–2pm or 3pm–7pm CET)

Bonus Points

• Experience with email marketing strategy or content creation
• Comfortable interpreting data and communicating insights
• You know how to stay on top of things without needing hand-holding
