Technology Solutions Partner

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Work with business leaders and technical staff to determine the current and new technology needs of the OpCo. Implement / deploy the Core & Business platforms to fulfil organizational requirements

 

KEY ACOUNTABILITIES

Effective Business Partnering

• Translate business needs to technical requirements to initiate projects
• Proactively identify potential system/platform issues to pre-emptively address
• Introduce and integrate new technology and solutions into existing portfolio

Successful D&T Service Delivery Strategy

• Assess technology needs and requirements
• Assist in building longer term D&T strategies and roadmaps, and align to the global technology strategies

Implementation to  Sakeholders

• Implement and manage applications portfolio and build capabilities
• Manage application service delivery and performance

Vendor Performance Management

• Review and monitor quality of services delivered and highlight gaps to ensure vendors take corrective measures.
• Build long-term vendor relationship by conducting regular services performance and costs review.

Coaching and Knowledge Sharing

• Participate in various training provided by the company

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering or a related discipline
• Good command in English, both written and spoken

• 5 years + of experience in implementing, managing, and supporting a technological solution. Experience in consulting or business partnering with internal and/or external customers

• Strong Functional and technical knowledge in Integration and ERP Systems 
• Good knowledge in existing and emerging technologies and digital solutions.
• Working/project experience in the deployment of diverse technology and integration is an advantage.
• Ability to understand the business and technical challenges to propose system and integration solutions to meet business needs
• Experience in consulting or business partnering, able to explain complex technical processes to business stakeholders
• Proven working experience on infrastructure technologies such as Cisco routing & switching, Cisco wireless network, Firewall management and windows networking, DNS, Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, Azure Active Directory, and virtualization
• Technology certification such as CCNA, CCNP and Microsoft certifications on Azure are really a plus
