Electrical Engineer Maintenance

Ensures that any type of equipment is working properly. Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot problems and make repairs as needed. Responsible for removing old equipment and installing new machines.Design maintenance strategies, procedures and methods.Carry out routine maintenance work and respond to equipment faults.

Responsibilities 职责

Major Roles & Responsibilities1. Design, control, and implement electrical systems and products.2. Diagnose breakdown problems.

3. Knowledge of VFD parameterization and Trouble shooting.

4. Knowledge of PLC and Trouble shooting.5. Supervising engineering and technical staff.6. Obtaining specialist components, fixtures or fittings7. Managing budgets.8. Maintaining statistical and financial records9. Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation10. Creating maintenance procedures11. Corrective Actions.12. Awareness of ISO 9001:2015 & 28000/SCSMS.13. Adhering to all safety and performance regulations.14. Deal with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs &          ready come on site any time based on problem.15. Control maintenance tools, stores and equipment.16. Work with specialist equipment, such as transformer, VCB, PCC         panel, MCC panel, MCC  Panel control , programmable         logic controllers (PLC), which control machinery on factory assembly          lines.17. Perform detailed calculations to establish standards and         specifications.18. Inspect installations and observe operations to ensure compliance         with design and equipment specifications and safety standards.19. Support EHS, manufacturing department , Q C ,T&I and others.20. Provide quality assurance for ongoing projects.21. Keep current with the latest technical innovations in electrical         engineering.22.Good knowledge of  Calibration of instruments like Temperature       controller , Thermocouple, Pressure transmitter etc.23. Closely work with Project team and EHS .24. Knowledge about electrical safety.

25. Knowledge of Utility machinery maintenance & trouble shooting of equipments- Air compressor, chiller, cooling Tower, DG.

26. knowledge of Twin Screw Extruder maintenance and operation of the extruder-Heating/Cooling loop system, Pressure transmitter calibration.

Qualifications 要求
