Business Analyst

Turning Data into Decisions, Driving Performance Forward. Role Description:The Business Analyst provides critical insights through the analysis of Live Casino data, team performance, and game equipment logs. They create automated reports and data visualizations to support informed decision-making, contributing to the continuous improvement of company performance. Responsibilities:  - Analyze Live Casino data, team performance metrics, and game equipment logs to generate actionable insights. - Develop and automate reports in Tableau Server to track game statistics. - Build and maintain analytical tools in PowerBI to support data-driven decisions. - Collaborate with Risk/Surveillance and HR departments to ensure smooth cross-functional operations. - Provide daily activity reports to line managers and proactively address any potential issues. - Ensure compliance with company standards, data confidentiality, and security protocols.  Requirements:- University degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. - Proficiency in English, both written and verbal. - Advanced Excel skills, including VBA. - Strong experience with Microsoft PowerBI and Tableau Server. - Working knowledge of SQL databases and basic programming skills. - Strong organizational and presentation skills with attention to detail. Nice to Have:  - Experience in gaming or similar industries. - Familiarity with data security best practices. - Certifications in data analytics or business intelligence tools. Benefits:
