Sales Executive - Volkswagen

Continental Cars Volkswagen is seeking a motivated, experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. You’ll exceed customer expectations, grow relationships, and expand our customer base. If you have strong people skills, a positive attitude, and drive to exceed targets, we want to hear from you.

This role will see you take on everything from making new and used vehicle sales, answering phone enquiries, to greeting customers and assisting with the day-to-day tasks in the dealership. You will be supported by a dynamic Management team, collaborating alongside 5 Volkswagen trained and experienced Sales team.

As their new Sales executive, you will be responsible for but not limited to;

  • Maximising sales to customers and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maximising profits for the company by maintaining a sales per month target as set by management
  • Secure buyers for vehicles, finance and other products marketed by Continental Cars - Volkswagen
  • Check and ensure prompt communication / delivery of vehicles to customers
  • Demonstrate a high level of customer service and maintain continued relationships with customers and potential customers
  • Ensure any customer complaints are handled in an effective manner to ensure continuing customer satisfaction
  • Promptly and accurately prepare all vehicle documentation as required
