Accountant Credits & Receivables (Contracts)

Your Key Responsibilities

• Execute bookkeeping with focus on accounts receivable and customer credits, for a business organization assigned.
• Open accounts and book company's invoices according to local and/or GAAP guidelines and under consideration of legal requirements.
• Check with respective customers for resolving account discrepancies, as a first point of contact.
• Follow up clearance of outstanding receivables, check past due- and overdue accounts, and clarify issues with the sales organization.
• Produce statements of accounts and regular account reconciliation, in line with defined accounting guidelines.
• Request customer financial statements, references, credit agency reports, and review with supervisor for potential changes in credit limits, if required.

Your Qualifications

• Vocationally trained in Finance, Accounting
• 3 to 5 years

OR

• Undergraduate Degree in Business Administration, Accounting
• 3 to 5 years
