Key Responsibilities:

Ensure effective implementation of the Nestle Quality Management System and compliance with special requirements for product categories managed, including sensory analyses and quality assurance systems.

Review and enforce adherence to Nestle Instructions, ensuring all finished products meet quality standards and initiating investigations for any deviations.

Evaluate regulatory compliance of products, including monitoring plans and analytical data, and address non-compliance through investigations and corrective actions.

Handle customer and trade complaints, coordinating investigations and finalizing reports, while also ensuring hygiene and microbiological monitoring in production environments.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives for quality performance, conduct quality assessments and audits, and manage training needs for personnel within the product category.
