We are currently seeking a Leadership Development Associate to join our growing team in Boston, MA. This role is ideal for a motivated individual passionate about professional development, organizational growth, and strategic leadership. You will work closely with senior leadership and emerging talent to support the design and implementation of leadership programs that drive company-wide success.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement training initiatives

  • Conduct assessments to identify leadership strengths and development areas

  • Facilitate workshops, coaching sessions, and performance reviews

  • Monitor progress of leadership programs and prepare improvement reports

  • Support internal communications related to leadership strategy and initiatives

  • Research best practices and stay updated on leadership trends

  • Assist with succession planning and talent pipeline development

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field

  • 1-3 years of experience in training, coaching, or leadership development

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into strategic recommendations

  • Self-starter with a passion for continuous learning and team collaboration

  • Familiarity with leadership frameworks and development models is a plus
