Responsibilities

Coordinate all aspects of event planning from concept to execution
Liaise with clients to understand event objectives and requirements
Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and logistics
Oversee event budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions
Conduct site inspections and create detailed event timelines
Ensure smooth execution of events on-site
Prepare post-event reports and evaluations
Collaborate with internal teams for marketing and promotional support

Qualifications

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in event coordination or planning
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event planning software
