We are currently seeking a Client Experience Coordinator to serve as a key liaison between our clients and internal teams. This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and seamless communication throughout every stage of their project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients

  • Coordinate client onboarding, project updates, and satisfaction follow-ups

  • Gather client feedback and translate it into actionable insights

  • Schedule and facilitate client meetings, presentations, and progress reports

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and quality deliverables

  • Resolve client issues quickly and effectively while maintaining a positive relationship

  • Maintain accurate records of client communications and project status
