We are seeking a highly motivated Leadership Development Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the design, implementation, and evaluation of leadership training programs, assist in developing talent strategies, and work closely with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about people development and organizational success.
Responsibilities
Assist in designing and delivering leadership training and development programs
Facilitate workshops and coaching sessions with emerging and current leaders
Analyze employee feedback and development metrics to identify training needs
Support succession planning and talent pipeline initiatives
Collaborate with department heads to integrate leadership strategies across the organization
Conduct research on industry best practices and provide recommendations for program improvement
Assist in measuring the effectiveness of leadership initiatives and prepare performance reports
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
1–3 years of experience in leadership development, HR, or talent management
Strong communication and presentation skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate program outcomes and performance data
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail
Experience with learning and development software or LMS is a plus
