We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our team in San Antonio, TX. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their questions and concerns are addressed efficiently and professionally. Your ability to solve problems and provide top-tier service will play a key role in maintaining client satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and support tickets

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot product or service issues

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams

  • Document interactions and resolutions in our CRM system

  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved

  • Provide product and service information and guide customers through features and functionalities

  • Assist in developing and improving support documentation and procedures

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service or technical support

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

  • Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
