We are looking for a motivated Junior Account Representative to join our growing team in San Antonio. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals eager to build strong client relationships, contribute to strategic account development, and grow within a fast-paced and professional environment. You will assist senior account managers, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and support.

Responsibilities

• Support senior account managers with day-to-day client communications

• Assist in developing and maintaining client relationships

• Help prepare proposals, reports, and presentations for clients

• Track account performance and gather relevant data for internal reporting

• Coordinate with various departments to fulfill client needs and ensure timely delivery

• Resolve basic client issues and escalate complex matters when necessary

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

• 0-2 years of experience in client-facing or administrative roles preferred

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
