We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our Dallas team. This position serves as a vital connection between our company and clients, ensuring a seamless customer experience through excellent communication, problem-solving, and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries, both in person and via phone/email

• Manage client accounts, ensuring their needs and expectations are consistently met

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services

• Resolve issues promptly and professionally to maintain client satisfaction

• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions

• Assist in order processing and tracking, including handling special requests

• Contribute to improving client service processes and customer experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

• 1+ year of customer service or client relations experience

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
