We are currently seeking a proactive and organized Events Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support our event managers in the planning, coordination, and execution of various events. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about logistics and customer service.
Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and setup of corporate, private, and promotional events
Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and execution
Help manage on-site event logistics, including check-ins, signage, and equipment setup
Maintain event schedules, timelines, and documentation
Support team members with administrative duties such as correspondence, inventory, and budgeting
Ensure compliance with company standards and event safety protocols
Provide post-event support including feedback collection and reporting
Qualifications
Qualifications
Previous experience in event coordination, hospitality, or administrative roles preferred
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in dynamic settings
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends when required
High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor’s degree in Event Management or related field is a plus
