Catch Vibe Voice is seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting our voice communication services. This role is critical to driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead follow-up

• Present and promote company products and services to prospective clients

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics

• Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals

• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to support customer needs and project execution

• Maintain detailed records of sales activity and client interactions

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions

• Highly motivated, goal-driven, and results-oriented

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
