We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Leadership Development Associate to join our team in Los Angeles. In this role, you will work closely with our senior leadership and training teams to support and develop programs that prepare emerging leaders for future roles within the company. Responsibilities
Assist in the design and implementation of leadership development programs.
Collaborate with team leaders to assess talent and identify development needs.
Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and feedback forums.
Analyze leadership performance data and suggest improvement strategies.
Coordinate mentorship initiatives and support succession planning.
Track progress and generate reports on development outcomes.
Maintain knowledge of industry best practices in leadership and organizational development.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in a leadership, training, or development role.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and leadership levels.
Analytical mindset with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
