We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our Los Angeles team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and a strong ability to solve problems.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first line of support for client inquiries and concerns

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients

  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client issues promptly

  • Ensure all service requests are logged, tracked, and resolved within expected timeframes

  • Assist with onboarding new clients and providing necessary training or guidance

  • Prepare reports and updates for client accounts as needed

  • Maintain accurate client records in our CRM system

  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred

  • 1–3 years of experience in a client service or support role

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
