What You’ll Be Doing

As the Lead QC Tech – Video, you’ll be responsible for setting standards, guiding your team, and ensuring that every piece of video equipment is ready for showtime.

✅ Quality Control Leadership – Oversee the inspection, testing, and readiness of video inventory to meet LMG standards
✅ Mentorship & Training – Guide and support warehouse technicians, elevating knowledge and consistency across the team
✅ Workflow & Logistics Support – Coordinate show preps, client demos, and inventory flow for smooth operations
✅ Troubleshooting & Repairs – Identify and solve technical issues with video systems before they hit the road
✅ Cross-Department Collaboration – Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Project Coordination teams to ensure timelines and expectations are met
✅ Inventory Management – Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked video department workspace
