工作內容:
1. 作為公司業務員異常行為案件調查人員,與業務通路進行溝通以及和保戶進行電訪,進行異常案件之釐清與調查。
2. 統籌對接各項內外部查核、支援系統規劃以及不定期專案。
3. 支援申訴案件處理,統整反饋招攬過程與公司行政流程瑕疵,追蹤後續改善事項的落實。
4. 各項例行報表、簡報製作
 

工作條件:
1.學歷:大學(含)以上,保險、風管、法律相關科系畢業尤佳
2.專業知識 / 能力:細心負責,正面積極,具良好的工作態度與溝通協調能力、了解保險基礎業務流程
3.熟悉相關法令、資料統計彙整、Microsoft office軟體應用,熟PPT、Excel樞紐分析。
4.相關經驗:3-5年保險業相關職務(法遵、保服、流程規劃、申訴等)經驗。
