Field Onboarding (Batangas)

As we expand our services and enhance the user experience, we seek a dynamic and experienced Field Onboarding Associate to join our growing team.

• Conduct on-site visits to assigned field locations to acquire new bikers and provide in-person support and guidance. 
• Respond to existing bikers and aspiring bikers for their inquiries or concerns and help them navigate through the onboarding process.
• Create programs and events to attract more new bikers to join our paltform.
• Verify completion of required paperwork and documentation.
• Make bikers feel that they are part of the Angkas community
• Create strategies to acquire more new bikers to use our platforms.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate manager.

Requirements

• At least College Level
• At least 2 years experience in sales Computer literate,
• Good Communication Skills, Leadership Skills, and Customer Service
• Must be knowledgeable about how to drive a motorcycle
• Willing to work on the field.
