Job Description
Role Purpose
The Chief Revenue Officer will lead the transformation of global B2B and DTC business development, trade marketing, and brand availability strategies across all brands. This role focuses on driving change, reimagining customer engagement, revolutionizing product and brand distribution, and enhancing performance through innovative and strategic initiatives. The individual will foster a culture of transformation that challenges the status quo and accelerates business growth.
Strategy
- Strategic Development: Develop and guide transformational, AI-first global B2B and DTC strategies, aligning marketing with brand experience goals.
- Customer Relations: Craft and shape customer relations strategies, emphasizing transformative engagement methods.
- Brand and Distribution: Design and implement brand, product, and distribution strategies to enhance market reach.
- Performance Analytics: Build and refine performance analytics to track strategic impact and adjust plans.
- Revenue Strategy: Formulate and optimize revenue strategies to support transformational growth.
Operations
- Strategic Execution: Plan and oversee execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring effective resource allocation.
- Operational Support: Direct and support operational teams in meeting strategic targets and deadlines.
- Workflow Optimization: Coordinate and optimize operational workflows to ensure smooth implementation of strategies.
- Metric Tracking: Track and adjust key performance indicators to enhance revenue and market share growth outcomes.
- Team Development: Hire and mentor and develop team members to drive performance and meet divisional objectives.
Compliance
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure and monitor compliance with relevant standards and industry regulations.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate compliance risks within transformational initiatives.
- Ethical Practices: Integrate and maintain ethical standards across all operational activities.
- Audit Review: Conduct and review compliance audits to validate adherence to internal controls.
- Policy Updates: Implement and update compliance policies as market and legal requirements evolve.
Qualifications
- Professional Background: Minimum of 10 years in High performance sales and business development.
- Experience: Extensive experience in managing global sales teams, channel relationships, and business development initiatives.
- Skills: Inspirational leadership, leveraging predictive metrics, driving market growth.
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of B2B and DTC market dynamics.
