Job Description
Are you a motivated and experienced Property Manager eager to take your career to the next level? At MINT Residential, you’ll join a high-performing team based in the vibrant heart of Sydney’s CBD all supported by the strength of a global hotel powerhouse.
You’ll manage a boutique portfolio of fewer than 200 premium apartments from leading brands like Oaks Hotels and Avani Hotels, giving you the perfect mix of challenge and control.

What You’ll Do:
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of Minor Hotels branded apartments
- Deliver outstanding customer service to rental enquiries
- Conduct open, routine, entry and exit inspections
- Build strong relationships through clear, effective communication with tenants
- Support leasing processes and property handovers
- Coordinate maintenance and liaise with trusted tradespeople
- Use Console Cloud software for smooth property management
Qualifications
- Current Property Management Registration
- Class 2 licence (or willingness to obtain Class 1 licence)
- Minimum 2 years’ Property Management experience
- Exceptional communication skills with a relationship-driven approach
- Strong knowledge of property management procedures and legislation
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritise deadlines
- Positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability for limited Saturday work
