Job Description

Are you a motivated and experienced Property Manager eager to take your career to the next level? At MINT Residential, you’ll join a high-performing team based in the vibrant heart of Sydney’s CBD all supported by the strength of a global hotel powerhouse.

You’ll manage a boutique portfolio of fewer than 200 premium apartments from leading brands like Oaks Hotels and Avani Hotels, giving you the perfect mix of challenge and control.

What You’ll Do:

Manage and maintain a portfolio of Minor Hotels branded apartments
Deliver outstanding customer service to rental enquiries
Conduct open, routine, entry and exit inspections
Build strong relationships through clear, effective communication with tenants
Support leasing processes and property handovers
Coordinate maintenance and liaise with trusted tradespeople
Use Console Cloud software for smooth property management

Qualifications

Current Property Management Registration
Class 2 licence (or willingness to obtain Class 1 licence)
Minimum 2 years’ Property Management experience
Exceptional communication skills with a relationship-driven approach
Strong knowledge of property management procedures and legislation
Excellent time management and ability to prioritise deadlines
Positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Availability for limited Saturday work
