Senior Product UX/UI Designer

Job OverviewWe’re looking for a Senior Product Designer with a minimum of 4 years of experience in UX and UI design, particularly within the B2B space for both mobile and desktop platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio that showcases their ability to design intuitive, visually compelling, and engaging user experiences for digital products. This role requires a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to translate complex requirements into elegant and functional design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers and Engineers, to solve complex problems.
• Lead the end-to-end UX/UI design process, from concept to implementation.
• Design interaction models, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups that enhance usability and optimize user interaction with our products.
• Present and advocate design ideas to customers, partners, and executives, integrating feedback into the design cycle.
• Contribute to and help evolve our centralized design system.
• Champion design excellence, fostering creative and holistic thinking across a diverse range of product offerings.
• Utilize a comprehensive skill set in product, interaction, and visual design to create delightful user experiences.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in UX/UI design, specifically in crafting SaaS B2B products.
• Proven experience in designing for cross-channel experiences.
• Strong collaboration skills, particularly in working with product and engineering teams.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Axure, and Figma.
• Experience with maintaining and contributing to an evolving design system.
• Expertise in conducting user research, including persona development, user journey mapping, and usability testing.
• A robust portfolio showcasing your expertise in UX/UI design and the transformation of complex workflows into intuitive user experiences.
• Exceptional user interface and interaction design skills.
• Ability to articulate design decisions clearly and advocate effectively for the user experience.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and creative thinking to address complex design challenges.
• Fluent in English, with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Experience in designing animations and micro-interactions.
