Responsibilities:

  • Engage and Interact: Actively participate in community conversations across social media, forums, and other online platforms. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries, and initiate meaningful conversations to strengthen our community. 

  • Content Creation: Develop engaging and relevant content, including posts, images, and videos, that resonate with our audience. Collaborate with the marketing team to align with our brand voice and messaging. 

  • Monitor and Moderate: Ensure a positive and respectful environment within our online communities by monitoring discussions and user-generated content. Address conflicts and provide diplomatic resolutions to maintain harmony. 

  • Community Growth: Implement strategies to attract, grow, and retain members within the community. Utilize insights and feedback to enhance user experience and drive community growth. 

  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze community engagement metrics. Provide regular reports and data-driven insights to inform strategies and demonstrate the impact of community efforts. 

  • Social Listening: Stay updated on industry trends and conversations relevant to our community. Use social listening tools to gather insights and proactively address emerging issues or opportunities. 

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with customer support, marketing, product, and other teams to align community activities with overall business goals and support integrated campaigns. 

Requirements:

  •  Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences. 
  •  Experience in social media management, community engagement, or a similar role. 
  • Ability to analyze data and generate insights for strategic decision-making. 
  • Familiarity with community management tools and social media platforms. 
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely in a virtual environment.
