Software Engineer-Flutter Developer -Paytm Money

We are seeking a skilled Flutter Developer to join our mobile development team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Flutter development with additional expertise in native Android (Kotlin) and iOS (Swift) platforms. This role involves building high-quality, cross-platform mobile applications while leveraging native platform capabilities when needed.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelopment & Technical ExcellenceDesign and develop robust, scalable Flutter applications for both Android and iOS platformsWrite clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standardsImplement responsive UI/UX designs that work seamlessly across different screen sizes and orientationsIntegrate RESTful APIs and handle data persistence using local databases and cloud servicesDevelop and maintain platform channels for native functionality integrationPerform code reviews and mentor junior developers on Flutter best practicesCross-Platform & Native IntegrationLeverage native Android (Kotlin) and iOS (Swift) knowledge to create custom platform-specific implementationsBuild and maintain platform channels for accessing native device featuresOptimize app performance across both platforms, addressing platform-specific considerationsTroubleshoot and resolve cross-platform compatibility issuesImplement native modules when Flutter plugins are insufficientCollaboration & ProcessWork closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver features on timeParticipate in agile development processes including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectivesContribute to architectural decisions and technical documentationStay updated with latest Flutter releases, native platform updates, and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications
Technical SkillsFlutter & Dart: 2-4 years of hands-on experience with Flutter framework and Dart programming languageAndroid Development: Strong experience with Kotlin, Android SDK, and Android StudioiOS Development: Proficiency in Swift, iOS SDK, and XcodeState Management: Experience with Flutter state management solutions (Provider, Riverpod, BLoC, or similar)API Integration: Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON parsing, and HTTP client librariesDatabase: Experience with local databases (SQLite, Hive, ObjectBox) and cloud databasesVersion Control: Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflowsPlatform KnowledgeDeep understanding of mobile app architecture patterns (MVP, MVVM, Clean Architecture)Experience with platform-specific UI guidelines (Material Design, Human Interface Guidelines)Knowledge of mobile app deployment processes for both Google Play Store and Apple App StoreUnderstanding of mobile app security best practices and data protectionAdditional Technical SkillsExperience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applicationsKnowledge of testing frameworks (Unit testing, Widget testing, Integration testing)Familiarity with Firebase services, push notifications, and analytics integrationUnderstanding of app performance optimization and memory management
