Revolution Medicines is a clinical-stage precision oncology company focused on developing novel targeted therapies to inhibit frontier targets in RAS-addicted cancers. The company’s R&D pipeline comprises RAS(ON) Inhibitors designed to suppress diverse oncogenic variants of RAS proteins, and RAS Companion Inhibitors for use in combination treatment strategies. The Opportunity:
We are seeking a proactive HRIS Analyst with Workday experience to support the maintenance and enhancement of our HR technology ecosystem. This role will be responsible for foundational system support including report generation, system maintenance, research and resolution of issues, and compliance as well as partnering on the design, implementation, and optimization of enhancements to align with organizational goals. This role is essential in supporting People operations, improving user experience, and optimizing HR system functionality.
Day-to-Day System Administration

Maintain and support the day-to-day operation of the Workday system, ensuring data integrity and system functionality

Serve as primary point of contact for Workday related inquiries, troubleshooting and resolving system issues while maintaining comprehensive documentation (including documentation of SOPs and business processes) and escalating as needed

Collaborate with business partners such as payroll, benefits, talent acquisition, culture, engagement and learning, and other HR functional areas to understand issues that need resolving and with data requests

Assist in providing training and support to new and existing users of Workday HCM

System Configuration & Optimization

Assist with standard configuration, maintenance, and enhancement the Workday HCM platform, including assisting with system upgrades, testing, and validation under the guidance of the People Technology Lead

Proactively identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements, automation, and system innovations
Data Integrity & Compliance

Conduct regular audits and validation checks to maintain data accuracy, adhering to data governance, compliance and security policies
Project Management & Strategic Initiatives

Support in end-to-end Workday projects including module implementations, integrations, and process redesigns

Work closely with the People Technology Team to anticipate future organizational needs

Learn and stay informed about Workday HCM updates and enhancements, participating in training and development opportunities
Required Skills, Experience and Education:
-
3+ years of hands-on experience configuring Workday HRIS, including day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, and system enhancements

Knowledgeable in HR business processes, technology and operations

Demonstrates strong attention to detail and data accuracy

Experience configuring Workday modules such as HCM, Compensation, Talent & Performance and Security

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven abilities in problem-solving, analytical thinking and organization

Ability to uphold data confidentiality and consistency standards

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at translating technical concepts for non-technical users, combined with a customer-focused mindset and commitment to providing high-quality support

Knowledge of HR compliance and regulations (e.g., GDPR, SOX)

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills:
-
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, information systems, or related field preferred

Biotechnology / pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
-
2+ years’ general HR experience preferred

Managing global workforce is preferred
-
Experience with Workday reporting; writing simple reports
