Job Summary:
Arch Amenities Group is seeking a Senior Director, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead strategic planning, forecasting, reporting, and business analytics in partnership with leaders across multiple divisions. This role will serve as a critical link between day-to-day financial operations and executive-level decision-making. The Senior Director will lead a team of FP&A professionals to drive budgeting processes, develop forecasts, provide key financial insights, and support long-range planning and capital allocation.
This position bridges tactical and strategic FP&A functions and is expected to enhance financial performance and operational excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and coordinate the development of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range strategic plans across multiple business units
* Deliver monthly and quarterly financial reporting, variance analysis, and performance metrics to senior leadership and department heads
* Oversee cross-functional financial modeling, scenario planning, and profitability analyses to support decision-making and business growth
* Drive continuous improvement in forecasting, reporting, and analytics processes using NetSuite Planning & Budgeting and Excel-based tools
* Support M&A efforts including due diligence, financial modeling, and integration planning
* Collaborate closely with Accounting, PMO, and Operational leadership to align financial planning processes and ensure data integrity
* Identify and quantify risks and opportunities in current and projected performance; develop mitigation plans as needed
* Manage a team of FP&A professionals (2--4 direct reports), providing mentorship, performance feedback, and career development
* Support the VP, FP&A in preparing Board of Directors presentations, executive reports, and other high-impact deliverables
* Lead or contribute to enterprise-wide financial system upgrades and automation initiatives
* Implement and monitor KPIs and dashboards to drive accountability and transparency across functions
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA and/or CPA strongly preferred
* 8--10+ years of progressive FP&A experience, including experience in a multi-divisional and multi-currency environment
* Prior experience working in a private equity--backed organization highly desirable
* Demonstrated success managing and developing high-performing teams
* Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills required
* Hands-on experience with NetSuite and NetSuite Planning & Budgeting (3+ years minimum)
* Strong analytical thinking and ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to executive leadership
* Strong understanding of financial statements and key performance indicators
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and drive process improvements
