We are currently seeking a highly organized and strategic Technical Program Manager in the US, remotely.

ROLE COMMITMENTS

  • Act as a trusted partner to the SVP of Engineering, helping manage time, communication, priorities, and execution.

  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, including strategic partnerships and high-visibility programs across the company.

  • Lead the planning and facilitation of staff meetings, offsites, and communications to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Help unify the work of multiple teams—AI, Platform, Data, DevOps—into a single narrative and execution roadmap.

  • Bring clarity, focus, and momentum to complex initiatives involving many players and changing priorities.

  • Serve as a bridge between engineering and other departments (Product, Operations, Legal, Marketing) to ensure alignment and execution.

  • Identify gaps in execution, communication, or accountability and take proactive steps to resolve them.

  • Be a force multiplier—prioritize ruthlessly, communicate clearly, and ensure nothing critical falls through the cracks.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own executive-level program tracking and reporting, including roadmaps, KPIs, and milestones.

  • Manage and optimize the SVP’s calendar, inbox, and prep for meetings with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Coordinate engagement with strategic partners, helping ensure follow-ups, deliverables, and timelines are met.

  • Organize and align the work of the six TPMs across multiple initiatives; serve as an integrator across teams.

  • Draft executive briefings, updates, and presentations on major projects and initiatives.

  • Help define and manage the operating cadence of the engineering org—planning, reviews, QBRs, staff meetings.

  • Lead ad hoc strategic initiatives from concept through execution.

Qualifications

Education and Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.

  • 5+ years in technical program management, chief of staff, or similar role supporting senior technology leadership.

  • Experience working in software or hardware product organizations.

  • Exceptional organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.

  • Proven ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across senior leaders.

  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting executive leadership in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
