We are currently seeking an ambitious pace-setter to join our team as a Subscriptions Winback Manager in the US, remotely.
ROLE COMMITMENTS

Drive Year-Over-Year Growth in Consumer iFIT Subscription Winback Metrics via Mobile App Store Direct, DTC Web, and Retail Partner Channels, including specific metrics:

Total Paid Subscriptions related to winback

Mobile App Downloads
-
Winback subscriptions at an increasing rate

Prioritize winback in targeted groups

Competitive Assessment and Strategy – Develop a competitive assessment and strategy for adding features, value proposition, pricing, and subscription benefits
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Winback Strategy Development – Develop and implement innovative win-back strategies and campaigns to re-engage former members

Lifecycle Analysis – Conduct in-depth analysis of cancellation reasons and lifecycle patterns to identify key opportunities for win-back efforts

Campaign Management – Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel win-back campaigns, including email, SMS, and in-app notifications

Metric Oversight – Monitor and analyze key metrics such as Cancellation Rate, Winback Rate, Propensity to Renew, and Renewal Rate
-
Competitive Analysis – Stay informed of industry trends and competitor strategies to continuously improve win-back efforts

Customer Feedback – Gather and analyze feedback from former members to identify pain points and areas for improvement
-
Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure win-back strategies align with broader business goals
Education and Basic Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
-
5+ years of experience in customer retention, churn reduction, or similar roles
-
Proven experience developing and executing successful win-back campaigns through CRM communications
-
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights

Excellent communication and project management skills
-
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:

MBA preferred

Experience in subscription-based businesses

Familiarity with customer feedback mechanisms and competitive analysis

Experience with SQL and project management tools such as Asana or Figma
- Thrives under pressure in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
