iFIT’s vision is to create the world's most holistic health and fitness platform, integrating all elements of health - physical fitness, mental health, nutrition, and active recovery - into a seamless interactive experience. We develop proprietary software that learns and adjusts to the habits of each person as it delivers immersive content that guides them on their own individual fitness journey.
We are currently seeking an ambitious pace-setter to join our team as a Product Manager II for iFIT’s consumer and commercial business supporting brands such as NordicTrack, Proform and Freemotion. The Product Manager II will be responsible to research, conceive and create new and innovative product ideas and initiatives for marketplaces around the world. You will analyze market trends, become an expert on consumer and commercial market channels, and evaluate competitors’ businesses and global markets to capitalize on new opportunities. You will coordinate product development briefs, develop product features and benefits, and help manage the product lifecycle from concept ideation through to delivery.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
⦁ Product Management: Research, conceive, and create new and innovative product ideas. Coordinate product development briefs, develop product features and benefits, and manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
⦁ Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret complex data to generate meaningful insights and solutions. Create action-based presentations for executive counsel and global teams on a weekly basis.
⦁ Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform product positioning, development, and pricing strategies. Become an expert on consumer and commercial market channels.
⦁ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to align product roadmaps, manage prioritization, and ensure timely delivery of product deliverables.
⦁ Key Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product performance and success. Adjust prioritization based on consumer insights and feedback.
⦁ Product Vision: Create and communicate the product vision and strategy to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
⦁ GTM Management: Oversee overall go-to-market (GTM) management for hardware and software products, ensuring cohesive messaging, pricing, and positioning strategies.
⦁ Project Coordination: Manage key internal teams throughout the development process to ensure project visions, strategies, and deliverables are met.
Qualifications EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Education and Basic Qualifications (Measurable, disqualifier) ⦁ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. ⦁ 5-7 years of experience in product management ⦁ Strong understanding of product lifecycle management. ⦁ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. ⦁ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams. ⦁ Proficient in using product management tools (e.g. Asana, or similar). ⦁ Experience with user research and usability testing is a plus. ⦁ Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner ⦁ Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
