We are currently seeking an ambitious pace-setter to join our team as a Digital Membership Sales & Growth remotely.
ROLE COMMITMENTS
- Own and drive Year-Over-Year growth for iFIT Subscription Acquisition through both Wholesale and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) channels.
- Take full responsibility for the P&L across both Wholesale and DTC subscription businesses, with a laser focus on driving customer acquisition and maximizing revenue.
- Lead the execution of acquisition strategies that target both Retail and DTC channels, with specific attention to Paid Subscriptions, Upsell Rates, and Trial Conversions.
- Work closely with Retail Partners and internal DTC teams to develop competitive sales strategies and optimize subscription offerings for both channels
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and lead the growth strategy for both Wholesale and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) channels, focusing on increasing the Paid Use Base for iFIT app subscriptions.
- Take full ownership of the subscription P&L, driving growth through both Wholesale (retail and commercial partners) and DTC channels.
Develop and implement acquisition strategies tailored to both Wholesale and DTC, including upsell opportunities at point-of-sale and conversion strategies for trials. - Collaborate with Retail Channel Sales and Marketing teams to align and drive subscription growth through retail partners, and coordinate with internal teams to optimize DTC sales strategies.
- Build and strengthen relationships with key Wholesale Partners, presenting tailored sales pitches and subscription offerings to boost conversion and sales at partner stores.
- Lead efforts in optimizing subscription offerings for both Wholesale and DTC, ensuring they meet market demand, are competitive, and encourage user adoption.
- Analyze performance data from both Wholesale and DTC channels to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies to maximize acquisition and revenue.
- Partner closely with the Product, Pricing, and Marketing teams to create compelling offers for Wholesale Partners and DTC customers, ensuring consistency across all channels.
- Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue forecasts, including subscription growth, for both Wholesale and DTC sales channels.
- Collaborate with international teams to ensure that subscription offerings and promotional strategies are tailored to local market needs for both Wholesale and DTC.
- Create actionable Product and Marketing Requirement Documents (PRDs/MRDs) for both Wholesale and DTC initiatives, incorporating customer feedback and data-driven insights to optimize performance.
- Travel up to 20% for key meetings with Wholesale Partners, DTC events, and Retail Channel presentations to support business growth.
Education and Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 8+ years of product management or product marketing experience, with a focus on driving revenue and profit while reducing churn in digital subscription-based businesses.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated examples of product launches influenced by your insights; a successful track record utilizing data driven decision making
- Demonstrated experience writing clear Product Requirement Documents (PRD's) and Marketing Requirement Documents (MRD's) to inform product development priorities
- Successful examples of partnering with marketing teams to build campaigns that drive successful outcomes including incremental subscribers, revenue and profits
