Overview:

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a talented and creative Marketing & Social Media Manager to lead marketing execution, social media management and assist group sales with administrative duties for three Jackson Hole properties: The Lodge at Jackson Hole, Jackson Hole Conference Center and the Wyoming Inn of Jackson Hole. This role is critical to elevating each hotel’s visibility, driving commercial performance, and telling an authentic Jackson Hole story that resonates with our target guests.

This role will oversee local marketing initiatives, develop and manage social media content, support brand positioning, and execute digital, PR, and experiential storytelling strategies.  The ideal candidate is a resourceful, entrepreneurial marketer with a passion for destination hospitality and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute and adapt marketing strategies to enhance visibility, improve market share, and drive revenue for both hotels and their outlets.
  • Manage day-to-day social media content strategy, creation, scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking across key platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
  • Support the development and execution of paid media and digital marketing campaigns, in partnership with above-property and agency teams.
  • Coordinate photography, videography, and other content assets to authentically capture the Jackson Hole experience.
  • Partner with PR agencies and influencers to drive earned media opportunities and grow awareness of the properties.
  • Develop and manage email campaigns, and other guest communication initiatives to maximize engagement and retention.
  • Concept, facilitate, and promote on-property programming, activations and, experiences to drive guest experience and ancillary revenue generation.
  • Analyze marketing performance, track KPIs, and share actionable reporting and insights to inform future strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with operations and commercial leaders to align marketing efforts with commercial objectives.
  • Ensure consistency of brand messaging and positioning across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of Jackson Hole tourism, events, and partnerships to proactively identify opportunities.
  • Assist the group sales team with contracts, event setup/breakdown, prospect entries, resumes, rooming list and BEOs
  • Will need to learn and be proficient across many platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Three to five years of experience in marketing, social media, or branding, ideally within hospitality, tourism, or lifestyle industries.
  • Experience managing social media accounts and creating high-quality, engaging content.
  • Familiarity with paid media channels, email marketing, and influencer partnerships.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Highly skilled communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively with both property-level and above-property teams.
  • Comfortable using marketing and social media tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Canva, basic photography and video editing tools, email platforms).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Strong sense of place-based storytelling with an appreciation for the culture and community of Jackson Hole.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and attend local events as part of marketing initiatives.
