We are seeking a Technical Talent Acquisition Partner with a strategic mindset and a deep understanding of complex technical functions to help us build high-performing teams across our IT, Cybersecurity, Manufacturing, Engineering, R&D, Laboratory, Innovation, and Data Analytics groups. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in sourcing, assessing, and hiring top technical talent that aligns with our business-critical needs and innovation goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate directly with hiring managers and technical leaders to deeply understand role requirements, core competencies, and evolving technical specifications for highly specialized functions.

Source, engage, and assess both active and passive candidates for highly technical roles using advanced sourcing techniques, market intelligence, and talent mapping strategies.

Develop tailored recruitment strategies for technical roles in areas such as IT Security, Systems Engineering, R&D, Data Science, Manufacturing, Process Engineering, Laboratory Operations, and related disciplines.

Craft inclusive and compelling job descriptions that accurately reflect technical requirements and resonate with niche candidate pools.

Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines using a mix of online platforms, industry events, technical meetups, university partnerships, and networking within technical communities.

Lead the full-cycle recruitment process—from intake and job scoping to interview design, offer negotiation, and onboarding—ensuring an exceptional and informed candidate experience throughout.

Support workforce planning efforts by identifying emerging skill gaps, aligning hiring efforts with long-term technical strategies, and advising on market availability of in-demand talent.

Maintain data integrity and reporting accuracy in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and provide recruitment metrics to inform continuous improvement efforts.
Required Skills and Experience:

3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, talent acquisition, or related functions, preferably within technical or engineering-driven industries.

Demonstrated experience recruiting for a wide range of technical roles across multiple disciplines (e.g., software/data engineering, cybersecurity, manufacturing/R&D, scientific and lab-based roles).

Strong understanding of technical role structures, qualifications, certifications, and technical terminology, with the ability to evaluate resumes and candidate fit beyond keywords.

Proficient in leveraging ATS platforms, sourcing tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and social media to connect with hard-to-find talent.

Strong consultative and collaborative skills; able to influence and communicate effectively with both HR and technical stakeholders.

Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple technical requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a technical field such as Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.

Prior experience supporting hiring in high-tech manufacturing, product development, engineering, or IT environments.

Familiarity with skills assessments, technical screening methods, or working with technical interview panels.

Knowledge of emerging industry trends in cybersecurity, automation, data analytics, and advanced manufacturing.
