Description
We are seeking a Bookkeeper to join our Finance team in Israel, supporting our EMEA region operations. In this role, you will manage bookkeeping processes and financial operations for our international entities, ensuring accurate records, compliance, and timely reporting.
You’ll be responsible for day-to-day financial activities, including bookkeeping, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), reconciliations, VAT reporting, and month-end closing. You will collaborate closely with local teams, external service providers, and our global Finance function to ensure smooth financial operations across the EMEA region.

Requirements

- Manage bookkeeping and daily financial transactions for EMEA entities (including the Netherlands and additional European subsidiaries).
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
- Perform bank, credit card, and petty cash reconciliations.
- Record journal entries, accruals, and general ledger adjustments.
- Prepare and submit VAT filings and compliance reports for various European countries.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes and assist with internal financial reports.
- Coordinate with external auditors, local service providers, and internal teams to ensure accurate financial records.
- Assist with ERP (SAP) system processes and contribute to process improvements.
What you'll bring
- 5+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
- Certified Bookkeeper (Type 2 or 3) or equivalent accounting qualification.
- Experience working in a multinational and multi-currency environment.
- Familiarity with EMEA accounting standards and intra-EU transactions — a strong advantage.
- Good understanding of VAT reporting, preferably across multiple EMEA countries.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- SAP experience — a significant advantage.
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
- Fluent in English (other European languages – a plus).
